Pulmonary Function Test (PFT)
Measurement of lung capacity and airway patency.
PFT is used in the diagnosis and follow-up of asthma, COPD and other respiratory diseases. The patient breathes deeply into and blows through a mouthpiece while the device records breathing parameters.
The examination takes 15-20 minutes.
