Stent and Balloon Angiography
Balloon widening and stent placement for narrowed or blocked coronary arteries.
Stent and balloon angiography (PCI) is performed to reopen narrowed coronary arteries and restore blood flow. In most cases it is performed in the same session as coronary angiography.
Short-term in-hospital observation is required after the procedure.
